The long-term loan deals exist probably because some teams want to sign players but would possibly break the FFP rule if the deal is considered a full transfer. Most of the time, they would come with a clause to buy later too.
Same reason why Falcao went on loan at MU, partially because MU already spent too much that summer.

Walter Gargano could be a good player to rotate with de jong. Gargano used to be the first choice ball winner at Napoli around 2012. He no longer fits into the team and they would get rid of him for cheap. He is not amazing but he works really hard, is accustomed to Italian culture, and would be a good fit in Milan.
They let Cerci go for loan because he was shit
De Jong scored a very similar goal to that against Liverpool a few seasons back,the only goal I remember him scoring lol
The Cerci deal was with Torres moving the other way on a two year deal
Cheick Tioté is a good defensive midfielder for BWM role
plus he Is not too expensive

I love to see you over the next couple of seasons, rebuild Milan to the dominant and feared team they used to be! I want to see players that are similar to Zlatan, Silva etc.. (The old milan) it would be great to bring back those memories.
