19 is young. 23 is not young! He's entering into his prime years. Its quite simple – either Leroy Sane plays in the starting 11 at least once a week at Man City, or he leaves and goes to another team that will put him in the starting 11 every week, and I can't think any better team than Bayern and any other role than filling in the shoes of Arjen Robben or Franck Ribery.
