You have personal info, preferred moves , bans, form, match ratings, player status, happiness, career stats, suitability, physical, positions and stats all one that one page, how were you able to customize it like that? By the way loving the series!
with regards to other jobs, you very rarely get offered jobs from teams with a higher reputation than the team that you are currently managing. On FM 15 you typically have to declare interest in jobs for big teams when they become insecure, or apply for them when they sack their manager, which mostly occurs at the end of the season. You have to go to the teams, they don't usually come to you.

If you don't have to break the bank to get Xavi, you should get him because
1. You've decided to let go of Alex and Torres and free a lot of wages, almost 250k.
2. He has the experience and the skills even at this age to be an influential player, esp in games like against Chievo where his class will stand out. May struggle against better opponents but against lower teams, he will win you games effortlessly.
3. He has the leadership qualities and can be a good mentor.
