Earlier today, Sky Sports claimed Gazidis had agreed to join the Italian side and become their CEO as part of a new management structure. But Keswick insists Gazidis remains committed to Arsenal. He said in a statement: “We are aware of the speculation surrounding our chief executive Ivan Gazidis. We know he receives many offers from organisations inside and outside the game as he’s a hugely respected figure. “He has never accepted any of these opportunities and has never spoken about them publicly. “He has always been fully committed to taking Arsenal forward and is currently working hard in Singapore with our new head coach Unai Emery as we prepare for the new season.” Gazidis has overseen major changes at Arsenal in past 12 months, specifically the departure of Arsene Wenger and arrival of Unai Emery. And when asked by reporters about the rumours surrounding Gazidis, Emery was confident he would remain at the club. He said: “I speak with him everyday. We are committed here for many many years. “I think he’s continuing here because it’s a very big project and his commitment with us, Arsenal Football Club, is very big.” Arsenal are currently in Singapore for two International Champions Cup games against Atletico Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.
