AC Milan 1-1 Manchester United (Penalty 8-9): Suso cancels out Alexis Sanchez opener.
AC Milan faces Manchester United at the StubHub Center in Los Angeles on Wednesday as part of the International Champions Cup.
Manchester United produced an improved performance in Los Angeles as they took on Serie A side AC Milan.
Alexis Sanchez, fresh from a summer break, impressed for Jose Mourinho’s side who had been rocked before kick-off by the news that Anthony Martial was returning home for the birth of his baby baby.
But Sanchez took control of the game, opening the scoring after latching on to a through ball from Juan Mata.
Man United’s lead didn’t last long however as former Liverpool forward Suso levelled.
