Celtic were competitive. The result might have been 3-1, but the 2nd and 3rd Milan goals came late. But that's how it was with the Milan team in europe between 2002 and 2007. There were so many examples of last minute winners. You just knew they'd get themselves out of trouble. In my opinion, this was also Kaka's best season at Milan. He scored more in 2007, but he was just on a whole other planet during this campaign.

Se notate, nel goal del Celtic, c'è un errore da parte del terzino o del centrale non ricordo bene, parlo del capitano Maldini, in ritardo sull'attaccante nello stacco di testa. Se andare a vedere la partita Chelsea-Milan, amichevole 2004, Maldini commette lo stesso identico errore commesso qua, questo per delineare come non avesse lo stesso spolvero o reattività dei tempi d'oro.
Ricordo perfettamente quella sera, ero lì nel primo anello rosso, biglietto omaggio in regalo. Poco distante dal settore ospiti, ricordo che dopo l'1-1 un tipo si burlava di me del mio amico con me. gli ho fatto segno di aspettare qualche minuto, e bam da 1-1 a 3-1, il tipo è esploso di rabbia minacciandomi e io gli ridevo in faccia!! Epico!!!
