Barcelona captain Carlos Puyol and assistant manager Jordi Roura look ahead to the Catalan’s away trip to AC Milan in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Jordi Roura, Barcelona assistant manager:
“Milan are the most successful team in Europe, with an impressive pedigree. It’s a good squad, they’re playing in their stadium. It’s very difficult to play at their home, and I reminded my players that we’ve always suffered against Milan. So it’s a great match between two big teams. There is no favourite because we have to wait until the return leg.”
Carles Puyol, Barcelona:
“Our target is to stop them scoring and, in contrast, we’ll try to score – that would be perfect, but there’s another team on the pitch. To keep a clean sheet and score would be very good.”
Carles Puyol, Barcelona:
“Sure we are looking for ‘the treble’ but we have to think about each individual match, trying to win every week and see what we have won at the end of the season.”
