With Maldini and Zvone at the healm, Milan will look to bring back its vintage, attacking-style football. That being said, Giampaolo is the right coach for that vision and a significant upgrade from Gattuso at that. He plays a system (4-3-1-2) that attacks and defends in numbers, featuring high energy, quick passing and decision-making. Considering his system, I would expect them to get one or two midfielders, a stay-at-home D and perhaps add a striker and goalie to replace Donnarumma. I dont think that the coach is ever the problem at milan. Lets not forget allegri came from cagliari after a few mid table finishes and instantly won serie a with us and if it wasnt for milan selling its 2 best players he would probably still be at milan because we rarely had a bad performance with him as coach. If we can get some very consistent players not necessarily world class players but player that will give 100% every game like bonaventura, then we could at least get a 4th place in serie a.

i think before decide milan coach,,we should focus on the sale first..and hopefully it will be signed as soon as possible…before that happen it will be useless talking about coach or transfer market..
Milan now are considering the following three coaches:
1. Villas boas
2. Van Galll WTF
3. Frank de boer WHY?
I don't know why but I feel that galliani is after signing gampaolo because he wants to keep his job. I think we are about to see anther story narrated by galliani, which is not going to have a good ending to it. I think its times up fir galliani at milan. We need a new club president, nee sporting director and maldini back.
Why Gampalo is he better than allegri? Definitely no.
Milan needs a change and hopefully with the chinese taking over we could see big changes starting with galliani.

I still think we made big mistake letting Mihajlovic leave but this or any coach wouldn't do any better iff we don't sign world class players otherwise expect same or worse season we should have signed Conte Ancheloti but they don't want to coach us because they know we won't invest and they need money and big plays to win next to Juve Byern Barca Real etc First we need modern coach who is well respected and big players then we should see results but to achieve all that we need $ and looks like Silvio won't sell again

Most important thing is selling the club and investing in the transfermarket if that doenst happen nothing will save us from becoming a mid-table team. Giampaolo is an upgrade over brocchi so I'll be happy if he signs

I think Giampaolo is better than Pellegrini. We need a young coach not someone old. they spent a quarter million at man city and almost didn't make champions league let alone win the league! Giampaolo would be great signing and Niang for the right price can go we just need to sign Vazquez hes the most underrated player in Serie A
